ORDER

Christian N. Weiler, Judge.

On September 8, 2023, respondent filed a status report with the Court indicating that petitioner provided respondent his tax return for tax year 2017. Respondent indicated that she has sent petitioner a letter requesting documentation to substantiate expenses claimed by petitioner on his 2017 tax return. On September 21, 2023, the Court held a conference call with the parties to discuss the present status of the case. During the call, respondent indicated that she has not received petitioner's substantiation for his schedule C expenses claimed on the 2017 tax return. Petitioner has indicated that he will provide the requested documentation to respondent by October 6, 2023.

Upon due consideration of the foregoing, it is

ORDERED that on or before October 27, 2023, the parties shall file a status report informing the Court of the then-present status of this case.
