Supreme Court of Florida
May 14, 1962
140 So. 2d 107 (Fla. 1962)

Opinion

No. 31408.

April 4, 1962. Rehearing Denied May 14, 1962.

Writ of Certiorari to the Florida Industrial Commission.

George F. Taylor, Jr., of Sams, Anderson, Alper Spencer, Miami, for petitioners.

Leo M. Alpert, Miami, for Bacco Vintners, Inc.

Levine Christie, and George M. Nachwalter, Miami, for Traffic Advisory Service and Tripco, Inc.

Burnis T. Coleman, Paul E. Speh, and Patrick H. Mears, Tallahassee, for The Florida Industrial Commission.

Our examination of the record and briefs leads us to the conclusion that the order of the Deputy Commissioner as affirmed by the Full Industrial Commission is without error. Martin Company v. Carpenter, Fla., 132 So.2d 400. The writ of certiorari is, therefore, denied.

It is so ordered.

ROBERTS, C.J., and DREW, THORNAL, O'CONNELL and HOBSON (Ret.), JJ., concur.
