DECISION AND ORDER ON MOTION

Motion by Finkelstein & Partners, LLP, to withdraw as counsel for appellant and for extension of time to perfect appeal.

Upon the papers filed in support of the motion, and no papers having been filed in opposition thereto, it is

ORDERED that the motion to withdraw is granted, without costs, and no further proceedings shall be taken until February 4, 2019 and a copy of this decision and order shall be mailed to appellant by the Clerk of this Court and shall constitute notice to appellant to appoint another attorney under CPLR 321 (c) or proceed representing himself on the appeal, and it is further

ORDERED that the motion for extension of time to perfect the appeal is denied, without costs, as unnecessary.
