This case is currently calendared for trial at the Court's San Diego, California, remote trial session, which is scheduled to begin September 20, 2021. On August 20, 2021, respondent filed a motion for continuance. On August 25, 2021, the Court directed Ms. Gilbert to file an objection if any. Ms. Gilbert called the undersigned's Chambers on August 26, 2021, and indicated that she had no objection to the motion. We will grant respondent's motion. Accordingly, it is

ORDERED that respondent's motion for continuance, filed August 20, 2021, is granted. It is further

ORDERED that this case is stricken from the Court's September 20, 2021, San Diego, California, remote trial calendar and restored to the general docket.
