Vicki A. GIL, Appellant v. John R. HOLDERMAN, Appellee

From the 224th Judicial District Court, Bexar County, Texas
Trial Court No. 2013-CI-20199
Honorable Renée Yanta, Judge Presiding

ORDER

After appellant filed a Statement of Inability to Afford Payment of Court Costs, the court reporter filed a response raising questions as to whether appellant has provided complete and accurate information. We construe the court reporter's response a contest to appellant's statement. Accordingly, we abate this appeal and remand the case to the trial court for further proceedings in accordance with Texas Rule of Civil Procedure 145, and order the trial court to make findings of fact and conclusions of law regarding appellant's ability to afford payment of court costs. We order the trial court clerk, Donna Kay McKinney, to file a supplemental clerk's record containing the trial court's findings of fact and conclusions of law by December 21, 2017.

Luz Elena D. Chapa, Justice

IN WITNESS WHEREOF, I have hereunto set my hand and affixed the seal of the said court on this 21st day of November, 2017.
