DECISION & ORDER ON MOTION

Motion by the appellants on an appeal from a judgment of the Supreme Court, Kings County, entered January 3, 2011, which was determined by decision and order of this Court dated February 27, 2013, in effect, to extend the time to respond to an order to show cause contained in the decision and order dated February 27, 2013.

Upon the papers filed in support of the motion and the papers filed in opposition thereto, it is

ORDERED that the motion is granted and the appellants' time to respond to the order to show cause is extended until May 3, 2013.
