DECISION & ORDER ON MOTION

Motion by the appellants, in effect, to stay enforcement of a judgment of the Supreme Court, Kings County, entered January 3, 2011, pending hearing and determination of appeals from the judgment, as well as appeals from two orders the same court dated July 30, 2010, and November 4, 2010, respectively, and an appeal from an order of the same court dated November 4, 2010, docketed under Appellate Division Docket No. 2010-11849, which was dismissed by decision and order on motion of this Court dated October 18, 2011.

Upon the papers filed in support of the motion and the papers filed in opposition thereto, it is

ORDERED that the motion is denied as academic as it relates to the appeal from the order dated November 4, 2010, docketed under Appellate Division Docket No. 2010-11849, which was dismissed by the decision and order on motion of the Court dated October 18, 2011, and the motion is otherwise denied.
