    It is not every cessation or suspension of restaurant operations that would cause a breach of this lease. See, Giese v. Hanni, 271 Wis. 184, 72 N.W.2d 752 (1955). For example, if a fire occurred on the premises and the business was closed for remodeling, we do not believe such a cessation of business would result in a breach of the user conditions of the lease.
