This case is calendared for trial at the Trial Session of the Court scheduled to commence on April 17, 2021, in Cleveland, Ohio.

On January 25, 2023, petitioner filed with the Court a Motion to Proceed Remotely. Respondent does not object to the granting of this motion.

Upon due consideration, and for cause, it is

ORDERED that petitioner's Motion for Proceed Remotely, filed with the Court on January 25, 2023, is granted. It is further

ORDERED that this case is set for remote trial at a date and time certain of Friday, April 21, 2023, at 09:00 a.m. ET during the Court's April 17, 2023, Trial Session in Cleveland, Ohio. It is further

ORDERED that the Clerk of Court shall also serve on the parties a Notice of Remote Proceeding that shall contain comprehensive instructions on how to participate in the above-referenced remote proceeding. The Standing Pretrial Order for the Court's April 17, 2023, Cleveland, Ohio Trial Session remains in full force and effect.
