This case was calendared for trial at the the Court's December 13, 2021, Jacksonville, Florida remote trial session. On November 22, 2021, respondent filed a Motion to Dismiss for Lack of Prosecution (Index #7).

This case was called at the Court's December 13, 2021, Jacksonville, Florida remote trial session. Both petitioner and counsel for respondent appeared before the Court and were heard. At that time respondent informed the court that a Proposed Stipulated Decision had been electronically filed with the Court. After due consideration and for cause more fully appearing in the transcripts of the proceeding, it is

ORDERED that respondent's Motion to Dismiss for Lack of Prosecution, filed on November 22, 2021, (Index #7) is denied as moot.
