Motion for leave to appeal to the Court of Appeals denied. Motion for a stay of execution of the judgment granted pending application to the Court of Appeals for leave to appeal, an undertaking having been filed. This stay is granted on condition that the application to the Court of Appeals be made promptly. Respondent may move in this court to vacate the stay in the event that such application be not made.
