ORDER

The reporter's record was originally due to be filed in this appeal on March 5, 2018. All portions of the reporter's record has been filed with the exception of the portion to be filed by Ms. Julie Winston. This court previously granted extensions extending the deadline for Ms. Winston to file her portion of the reporter's record to May 4, 2018. On May 17, 2018, Ms. Winston filed her portion of the reporter's record with the exception of six exhibits. Ms. Winston also filed a notification of late record explaining the exhibits are CDs that have been sent to a videographer who was hired to convert them to MP3s. Ms. Winston's notification of late record is NOTED. Ms. Winston is ORDERED to file either the exhibits or a written status report regarding the filing of the exhibits no later than June 4, 2018.
