DECISION AND ORDER ON MOTION

Motion to dismiss appeal.

Upon the papers filed in support of the motion and the papers filed in opposition thereto, it is

ORDERED that the motion is granted, without costs, on the ground that both the decision and order of Supreme Court dated July 19, 2017, and the notice of appeal dated August 23, 2017, are nullities (see Gonzalez v Ford Motor Co., 295 AD2d 474, 475 [2002]; Brown v Konczeski, 242 AD2d 847, 847-848 [1997]; Monteleone v Hickey, 174 AD2d 940, 940 [1991]).
