An appeal having been taken to this Court from an order of the Supreme Court, Bronx County, entered on or about April 05, 2022,
And defendant-appellant having moved pursuant to CPLR 5518 and/or 5519(c), for a stay of enforcement of the aforesaid order and for a preliminary injunction enjoining and restraining plaintiffs from enforcing that part of the order that requires defendant to produce unredacted documents containing personal identifying information of members of the putative class, pending hearing and determination of the appeal, Now, upon reading and filing the papers with respect to the motion, and due deliberation having been had thereon, It is ordered that the motion is denied. The interim relief granted by order of a Justice of this Court on June 20, 2022, is hereby vacated.
