Sun Trust/Miami, N.A., 719 So.2d 992 (Fla. 3d DCA 1998) (holding that Unemployment Appeals Commission properly dismissed appeal as untimely where appeal filed after the twenty-day deadline provided by section 443.151(4)(b)3, Fla. Stat. (1997)).
