ORDER TO FILE SECOND AMENDED COMPLAINT AND TO PERMIT AN EXTENSION OF TIME FOR A RESPONSIVE PLEADING

Having read the stipulation between the parties for Plaintiffs filing of a Second Amended Complaint and to establish a time for responsive pleadings to be filed; Good cause has been shown and in order to ensure that the Court’s time is used efficiently, the Court ORDERS:
1) Plaintiff is to file a SECOND AMENDED COMPLAINT not less than 3 days following the filing of this ORDER
2) Defendants have 30 days following the filing of the SECOND AMENDED COMPLAINT to file a responsive pleading.
IT IS SO ORDERED.
