ORDERED that the motion is granted, without costs, and no further proceedings shall be taken until the expiration of 30 days from the date of this decision and order, which shall be mailed to appellants by the Clerk of this Court and shall constitute notice to appellants to appoint another attorney under CPLR 321(c) or to proceed representing themselves on the appeal.
