These cases are currently set on the Court's Chicago, Illinois, special trial session, scheduled to begin March 14, 2022. On February 25, 2022, the parties filed a joint motion for leave to use electronic equipment such as monitors, projector, screen, cable, switches, computer, tablet or other hardware that can output a video signal via HDMI, and software, including trial presentation software. Upon due consideration, it is

ORDERED that the joint motion for leave to use electronic equipment is granted, and the described equipment may be brought into Room 3908, Kluczynski Federal Building, 230 S. Dearborn Street, Chicago, Illinois 60604 during the March 14, 2022, special trial session. It is further

ORDERED that Phonesavan "Noy" Souvandara, Maria Calalang, and Sara Warren shall be permitted to deliver and set up the electronic equipment in Room 3908, Klucyznski Federal Building, 230 S. Dearborn Street, Chicago, Illinois 60604, on Thursday, March 10, 2022, between the hours of 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. It is further

ORDERED that no such equipment shall be used in the Courtroom to take photographs or to make audio recordings without express leave of the Court. Counsel shall be responsible to assure compliance with this Order by their clients, witnesses, and other personnel. 1
