On December 21, 2021, the parties filed a first stipulation of facts without the exhibits attached. (Doc. 54). On December 21, 2021, the parties filed proposed trial exhibits. (Doc. 55). Upon review of the proposed trial exhibits, it appears that the exhibits are part of the first stipulation of facts. We will recharacterize the parties' proposed trial exhibits as exhibits to the first stipulation of facts (Exhibits 1-J through 133-J). Accordingly, it is

ORDERED that the the parties' proposed trial exhibits shall be recharacterized as the parties' exhibits to the first stipulation of facts (Exhibits 1-J through 133-J).
