Application by the appellants-respondents to withdraw an appeal from an order of the Supreme Court, Nassau County, dated August 20, 2010, as resettled April 8, 2011, insofar as taken against the defendants Anthony T. Arcati, Barrett Donald Sklar, Bethpage Primary Medical Care, Jack W. Geffken, and John Salvatore Boccio.
Upon the papers filed in support of the application and no papers having been filed in opposition thereto, it is
