ORDER
¶1 Department II of the Court, composed of Chief Justice González and Justices Madsen, Stephens, Yu, and Whitener (Justice Johnson sat for Justice Madsen and Justice Owens sat for Justice Whitener), considered at its April 4, 2023, Motion Calendar whether review should be granted pursuant to RAP 13.4(b) and unanimously agreed that the following order be entered.
¶2 IT IS ORDERED:
¶3 That the Deputy Clerk's motion to strike the Petitioner's reply to the answer to the petition for review is granted. The petition for review is granted and this case is remanded to the Court of Appeals Division I for reconsideration in light of Supreme Court No. 100100-2 – Delaura and Fred B. Norg v. City of Seattle , 522 P.3d 580 (2023).
