Upon due consideration of petitioner's failure to file an objection to respondent's motion and for the reasons set forth in the motion, it is

ORDERED that the Motion to Dismiss for Lack of Jurisdiction and to Strike as to the Taxable Year 2019 filed March 21, 2022, is granted in that so much of this case as pertains to the taxable year 2019 is dismissed for lack of jurisdiction.
