On February 18, 2020, a Decision was entered in this case. After their motion to vacate was denied, petitioners appealed the decision of the Court to the United States Court of Appeals to the Ninth Circuit on July 8, 2020. On July 23, 2020, the Ninth Circuit dismissed the appeal for lack of jurisdiction. On September 25, 2020, the Ninth Circuit reinstated the appeal.

The documents titled "Motion for Certification of an Interlocutory Order to Permit Immediate Appeal" and "Exhibits" filed by petitioners on February 15, 2022, are an inappropriate documents to file with the Court, and shall be stricken from the record. After due consideration and for cause, it is

ORDERED that the documents titled "Motion for Certification of an Interlocutory Order to Permit Immediate Appeal" and "Exhibits" filed February 15, 2022, at Docket Entry Index Nos. 138 and 139, are hereby stricken from the record and shall not be made viewable as part of this case.
