On April 12, 2024, respondent filed a Motion to Dismiss for Failure to Properly Prosecute. This case was called from the calendar of the Court's New Orleans, Louisiana, trial session, on May 6, 2024. Petitioner and counsel for respondent appeared and were heard. Respondent's motion was taken under advisement.

On July 3, 2024, respondent filed a Status Report advising that the parties are working toward settlement. Upon due consideration and for cause, it is hereby
