Opinion Filed July 14, 2005. DO NOT PUBLISH. Tex.R.App.P. 47.

On Appeal from the 265th Judicial District Court, Dallas County, Texas, Trial Court Cause No. F04-72068-UR. Dismissed.

Before Justices O'NEILL, RICHTER, and FRANCIS.

MEMORANDUM OPINION

Adrian Fred Geter pleaded guilty to aggravated sexual assault of a child and true to one enhancement paragraph. Pursuant to the plea bargain agreement, the judge sentenced appellant to imprisonment for twenty years. As part of the plea agreement, appellant waived his right to appeal. See Blanco v. State, 18 S.W.3d 218 (Tex.Crim.App. 2000). Additionally, the trial court's certification states the case involves a plea bargain and appellant has no right to appeal. The certification is supported by the record. See Dears v. State, 154 S.W.3d 610, 614-15 (Tex.Crim.App. 2005). Accordingly, we dismiss the appeal for want of jurisdiction.
