ORDER

WILLIAM HAYES, District Judge

Pursuant to the request by the parties, the Court will VACATE the hearing on Plaintiff's Motion for Attorney's fees, currently scheduled for September 30, 2005 before the Honorable William Q. Hayes. The Defendant shall file a Response to the Motion on or before Friday, September 30, 2005. The Plaintiff shall file a Reply to the Motion on or before Friday, October 7, 2005. Oral Argument on the Motion will be reset by the Court, at a later date, if necessary.
