DECISION AND ORDER ON MOTION

Motion by appellants for consolidation and for further relief.

Motion by respondents to vacate automatic stay.

Upon the papers filed in support of the motions, the papers filed in response to the motion for consolidation and the papers filed in opposition to the motion to vacate the automatic stay, it is

ORDERED that the motion for consolidation and for further relief is granted, on consent of the parties and without costs, to the extent that the appeals shall be heard together. It is further

ORDERED that the appeals are set down for the February 2021 term of this Court. The appellants' supplemental record on appeal and brief shall be filed and served on or before January 15, 2021. The respondents' brief shall be filed and served on or before January 22, 2021. The appellants' reply brief, if any, shall be filed and served on or before January 26, 2021. It is further

ORDERED that the motion to vacate the automatic stay is denied, without costs.
