MUNICIPAL COURTS, § 97.1when application to vacate judgment was filed too late. Where plaintiffs obtained judgment for possession of certain premises on August 8, 1945, and defendant filed petition to vacate judgment on October 31, 1945, held that application to vacate judgment was filed too late (Ill. Rev. Stat. 1945, ch. 37, par. 376; Jones Ill. Stats. Ann. 108.046).

Appeal from the Municipal Court of Chicago; the Hon. CHARLES S. DOUGHERTY, Judge, presiding.
