This case is presently calendared for trial at the Court's session in Little Rock, Arkansas, beginning on June 12, 2023. On May 12, 2023, respondent filed a Motion for Continuance. At the time of the filing of the motion, petitioners' views on the Court's granting of the motion were unknown. A chambers staff member contacted petitioners and spoke with petitioner wife on May 16, 2023, who then informed the Court that petitioners have no objection to the granting of respondent's motion.

Upon due consideration, it is

ORDERED that respondent's Motion for Continuance is granted and this case is stricken for trial from the Court's Little Rock, Arkansas trial session beginning on June 12, 2023, and is continued generally.
