In Re: William Hayward, III, applying for supervisory writs, 23rd Judicial District Court, Parish of Ascension, No. 112652. BEFORE: WHIPPLE, C.J., McDONALD AND CHUTZ, JJ.

WRIT GRANTED. The trial court's April 3, 2017 judgment is reversed insofar as it ordered this matter converted to a petitory action, pursuant to La. Code Civ. P. art. 3657, and judgment is hereby rendered denying the rule to show cause, filed by the plaintiff, seeking a judgment that relator has judicially confessed the plaintiff's possession under Article 3657. See Official Revision Comments-1960, Article 3657, Comment (C) and Fontenot v. Chapman, 377 So.2d 492 (La. App. 3d Cir. 1979).
