ORDER TO SHOW CAUSE

On September 9, 2021, respondent filed with the Court a Motion to Dismiss for Lack of Prosecution. This case was called and recalled from the calendar for the remote Trial Session of the Court at St. Louis, Missouri, on September 13, 2021. There was no appearance by or on behalf of petitioner. Counsel for respondent appeared and informed the Court that they had received updated addresses for the surviving children of deceased petitioner Laura Ann Geringer, namely Kadie Parisi and Ryan Craig.
After due consideration, and for cause more fully appearing in the transcript of the proceeding, the Court ordered respondent to file a supplement to his Motion to Dismiss for Lack of Prosecution, advising the Court of the updated addresses for surviving children Kadie Parisi and Ryan Craig. At the conclusion of the remote Trial Session, the Court took respondent's Motion to Dismiss for Lack of Prosecution under advisement.
Considering the foregoing, it is
ORDERED that, on or before December 17, 2021, any interested party of deceased petitioner Laura Ann Geringer, shall show cause in writing why respondent's Motion to Dismiss for Lack of Prosecution filed on September 9, 2021, should not be granted and a decision entered for the amount, and for the year, as set forth in respondent's motion. ORDERED that the Clerk of the Court is directed to serve a copy of this Order to Show Cause upon the interested parties of the deceased petitioner Laura Ann Geringer, namely Kadie Parisi and Ryan Craig, at the mailing addresses furnished by respondent's counsel. It if further
ORDERED that the Clerk of the Court is directed to serve a copy of this Order to Show Cause order upon the surviving spouse of Laura Ann Geringer and petitioner, Daniel Douglas Geringer.
