Action to set aside a trust agreement and for a partition or sale of real estate, brought to the Superior Court in Fairfield County at Stamford and tried to the court, Johnson, J.; judgment that the real estate be sold; thereafter, on motion of the plaintiffs, the judgment was opened and modified, Tierney, J.; from the supplemental judgment the defendant Mildred Geriak et al. appealed. No error.

The appellants filed a motion for reargument which was denied.
