These cases are currently calendared for trial during the Court's April 4, 2022, San Francisco, California, trial session for a date and time certain of 9:00 a.m. Pacific Time on Wednesday, April 6, 2022. On March 23, 2022, the Court held a conference call with the parties to discuss the current status of these cases. Respondent made an informal request for a continuance to which petitioners did not object. As agreed by the parties, the Court will strike these cases from the Court's April 4, 2022, San Francisco, California, trial session, and retain jurisdiction. Additionally, the Court directed the parties to file a status report. Upon due consideration, it is hereby

ORDERED that these cases are stricken for trial from the Court's April 4, 2022, San Francisco, California, trial session. It is further

ORDERED that, on or before April 22, 2022, the parties shall file with the Court a joint report (or, if that is not expedient, then separate reports) describing the status of these cases and recommending appropriate future proceedings. It is further

ORDERED that jurisdiction of this case is retained by the undersigned judge.
