ERIC J. GEPPERT & MARY L. GEPPERT, Petitioners v. COMMISSIONER OF INTERNAL REVENUE, Respondent

ORDER

Alina I. Marshall, Judge

On March 14, 2022, this case was called from the calendar for the remote Trial Session of the Court for cases in which Louisville, Kentucky, was the place of trial. On the same day, this case was recalled for hearing on all pending motions. Counsel for petitioner Eric J. Geppert and for respondent each appeared and were heard. On March 22, 2022, the Court issued an order directing respondent to file on or before April 28, 2022, a supplement to respondent's objection to petitioner Mr. Geppert's motion to remand and allowing petitioners to file on or before May 31, 2022, a response to respondent's supplement. On April 20, 2022, respondent filed a motion for extension of time, representing therein that petitioner Mr. Geppert has no objection to the granting of respondent's motion.

Upon due consideration of the foregoing, it is

ORDERED that respondent's motion for extension of time filed April 20, 2022, is granted and the time within which respondent shall file a supplement to respondent's objection to petitioner Eric J. Geppert's motion to remand is extended to and including May 30, 2022. It is further

ORDERED that, on or before June 30, 2022, petitioners may file a response to respondent's supplement to respondent's objection to petitioner Eric J. Geppert's motion to remand.
