Appeals from an order of the Supreme Court, Kings County, dated February 23, 2018. Motion by the respondents Martin Zoltowski, Arthur Strimling, Lisa Segal, Timothy Pietrzak, Catherine Shannon, Boris Gilzon, and Memorial Baptist Church of Brooklyn to substitute 393 16th Street, LLC, for Martin Zoltowski as a respondent on the appeals.
Upon the papers filed in support of the motion and no papers having been filed in opposition or in relation thereto, it is
ORDERED that the motion is denied without prejudice to renew upon an order of the Supreme Court, Kings County, amending the complaint to substitute 393 16th Street, LLC, for Martin Zoltowski, as a plaintiff, nunc pro tunc to the commencement of the above-entitled action.
