Order modified by permitting examination as to items 1 and 2, and item 3 insofar as it relates to the agreed price of the work, labor and services performed and of the materials furnished by the plaintiff to the defendant, and as modified affirmed, without costs of this appeal to either party. All concur. (The order appealed from grants a motion by defendant to vacate plaintiff's notice of examination of defendant before trial.)
