[PROPOSED] ORDER GRANTING DEFENDANTS' REQUEST FOR LEAD TRIAL COUNSEL TO BE EXCUSED FROM APPEARING AT INITIAL CASE MANAGEMENT CONFERENCE


Pursuant to Civil Local Rules, Rule 16-10(a), Defendants SONOMA COUNTY SHERIFF'S DEPARTMENT, BILL COGBILL and COUNTY OF SONOMA's request that their lead trial counsel, Gregory G. Spaulding, be excused from attending the Initial Case Management Conference, and to have associate Terry S. Sterling personally appear at the Initial Case Management Conference in the place of Mr. Spaulding is hereby granted.

IT IS SO ORDERED.
