DECISION & ORDER ON MOTION

Motions by the petitioner pro se in a proceeding pursuant to CPLR article 78, which was transferred to this Court by order of the Supreme Court, Kings County, dated July 8, 2011, (1) for leave to reargue those branches of his prior motion which were for leave to file an addendum to his brief and to be provided with a copy of a certain police Internal Affairs Complaint, and (2) for leave to reargue his separate motion to be provided with a copy of the audio recording of his administrative hearing, which were determined by decision and order on motion dated January 17, 2012.

Upon the papers filed in support of the motions and no papers having been filed in opposition or in relation thereto, it is

ORDERED that the motions are denied.
