Where plaintiff developed secret process for application of color solutions to corrugated materials and made a contract with a corporation for use of such process, payment of royalties and employment, corporation agreeing not to sell any substantial portion of its assets other than in ordinary course of business, an agreement by the corporation to disclose the process to a client without consideration warranted issuance of a temporary injunction, and was sufficient to require an affidavit in support of defendant's motion to vacate the injunction.
