ORDER

The motion to waive fees is Dismissed as unnecessary because a motion for reconsideration from this Court's dismissal does not require a fee. Additionally, a motion to waive fees was previously granted by this Court in this appeal.

The motion for reconsideration is Denied because appellant has not sought an appeal from a final order as defined in MCR 7.202(6). MCR 7.203(A)(1).
