On February 23 and 24, 2023, petitioner endeavored to file electronically in the above-docketed matter an Amended Petition. However, the submissions resulted in a degree of duplication and inaccurate titling. Accordingly, the premises considered, it is

ORDERED that the less complete amended petition document filed February

23,2023, at Docket Entry #7 shall be deemed stricken from the Court's record in this case. It is further

ORDERED that, to protect petitioner's information, the document filed February 24, 2023, at Docket Entry #8 shall be deemed stricken from the Court's record and shall not be viewable as part of the record in this case. It is further

ORDERED that the more complete amended petition document filed February 24,2023, at Docket Entry #9 shall be recharacterized as a First Amended Petition.
