ORDER

On June 16, 2022, the parties at Docket No. 27494-16 filed a Motion to Calendar, requesting that the above-docketed consolidated cases be calendared for a special trial session commencing July 17, 2023, and assigned to a trial judge.

Upon due consideration, it is

ORDERED that the Clerk of the Court shall copy the parties' Motion to Calendar, filed June 16, 2022, at Docket No. 27494-16 and shall file it, as of the foregoing date, at Docket No. 21889-21 as the parties' Motion to Calendar. It is further

ORDERED that the parties' just-referenced Motion to Calendar is granted insofar as the cases at Docket Nos. 27494-16 and 21889-21 are assigned to Judge Travis A. Greaves for trial or other disposition. The Motion is denied in all other respects.
