ORDER

Travis A. Greaves, Judge

On March 15, 2024, the parties filed a Joint Motion to Correct Transcript. Based upon the numerous typographical errors and omissions discovered by the parties, it is

ORDERED that the parties' Joint Motion to Correct Transcript, filed March 15, 2024, is granted, and the list of corrections as set forth in the errata sheets, which are attached to the motion as Exhibits C & D, shall be made. It is further

ORDERED that the Clerk of the Court is directed to serve a copy of the parties' Joint Motion to Correct Transcript, filed March 15, 2024, and a copy of this Order on the Court's official reporter, eScribers, LLC, 7227 North 16th Street, Suite 207, Phoenix, Arizona, 85020. It is further

ORDERED that, on or before April 12, 2024, eScribers, LLC shall provide counsel for each of the parties with a copy of the audio recordings of trial proceedings for Tr. Vol. 2 through 4. It is further

ORDERED that the parties will review the provided audio recordings of trial proceedings for the limited purpose of resolving the disputed errata as identified by the parties in Exhibit E to the Motion, filed March 15, 2024. It is further

ORDERED that, on or before April 26, 2024, the parties file a Joint Supplemental Joint Motion to Correct Transcript, to which a list of newly uncontested corrections based upon a review of the relevant audio recording shall be attached, including the suggested corrections agreed upon by parties identified in Exhibit E. It is further

ORDERED that, on or before May 10, 2024, (1) eScribers, LLC shall make the revisions set forth in Exhibits C & D attached to the parties' Joint Motion to Correct Transcript, (2) eScribers shall make any revisions set forth in any Supplemental Joint Motion to Correct Transcript filed by the parties on or before April 26, 2024, and (3) eScribers, LLC shall provide corrected transcripts to the Court and each of the parties. It is further

ORDERED that the briefing dates as set forth in the Trial Minutes, filed January 22, 2024 (Doc. 163 in Docket No. 27494-16, Doc. 134 in Docket No. 21889-21) are suspended. The Court will issue an Order reflecting the new briefing dates upon resolution of the transcript corrections.
