William Georgades was convicted of maintaining a liquor nuisance, and he appealed. Affirmed. By the court in banc.

The essential facts in this case are the same as in the case of Georgades v. State (1929), ante 503, 168 N.E. 192, and, upon authority of that case, this case is affirmed.
