BRANDON J. GEOFFRION & MELISSA E. GEOFFRION, Petitioners v. COMMISSIONER OF INTERNAL REVENUE, Respondent

ORDER

Maurice B. Foley Chief Judge.

Due to inadvertent clerical error, the Court entered an Order of Dismissal for Lack of Jurisdiction on July 30, 2021, due to petitioners' failure to pay the filing fee in this case. However, further review of the Court's records show that the $60.00 filing fee in this case was submitted via pay.gov by petitioners on May 13, 2021. The foregoing considered and for cause, it is

ORDERED that the Court's Order of Dismissal for Lack of Jurisdiction, entered on July 30, 2021, is hereby vacated and set aside. It is further

ORDERED that the above payment should be applied to the filing fee in this case. It is further

ORDERED that the time within which petitioners shall file a proper amended petition, is extended to April 22, 2022. If, by April 22, 2022, no amended petition is received, the Court may dismiss this case for lack of jurisdiction.
