The Court treats the petition for writ of certiorari as invoking the Court's appellate jurisdiction and treats the petition as the initial brief.

The Court summarily affirms the lower tribunal's December 10, 2021, Order Dismissing Petitioner's Petition for Writ of Habeas Corpus. See Fla. R. App. P. 9.315(a).
