The dismissals of the plaintiff's claims to inspect his case file and to have a hearing to determine who "wilfully" altered the grand jury minutes are affirmed. The dismissal of the claim to expunge erroneous information from the plaintiff's case file is affirmed with respect to the defendants, the Secretary of Public Safety and the District Attorney for Norfolk County, and is reversed with respect to the defendants, the Commissioner of Correction and the Superintendent of M.C.I., Norfolk. The case is remanded for further proceedings consistent with the memorandum and order of the Appeals Court on file.
