ACCOUNTING SUITS, § 10 — when evidence fully justified judgment for plaintiff. Where defendant appealed from judgment rendered in action for accounting, in which plaintiff charged defendant with altering certain checks and with fraudulently filling in certain checks signed in blank by plaintiff, and it appeared that defendant contended that checks were given as inheritance but was unable to furnish any written evidence of alleged agreement between plaintiff and defendant as to such inheritance, and plaintiff denied existence of such agreement, held that evidence fully justified judgment.
