Appellants having moved for an extension of time to perfect the appeal taken herein from an order and judgment of the Supreme Court entered in the Office of the Clerk of the County of Monroe on October 8, 2014,

Now, upon reading and filing the affirmation of Michael G. Paul, Esq., dated June 23, 2015, the notice of motion with proof of service thereof, and the affirmation of Jeremy M. Sher, Esq., dated June 30, 2015, and due deliberation having been had thereon,

It is hereby ORDERED that the motion is granted to the extent that the ordering paragraph of the order of this Court entered May 5, 2015, is hereby amended by deleting the date July 6, 2015, and inserting in its place the date September 4, 2015.

Memorandum: No further extensions of time to perfect the appeal will be granted.
