ORDER
WHEREAS, the Court received Plaintiff's Notice of Motion for Remand and Abstention on December 19, 2001;
WHEREAS, the Court received Defendants' Opposition to Plaintiff's Motion and Cross Motion for Change of Venue on January 9, 2002;
WHEREAS, the Court in an Order dated January 8, 2002 terminated the motions, without prejudice to reinstatement upon application, for failure to submit Rule 1.A.1 certifications pursuant to the Individual Practices of the undersigned;
WHEREAS, Defendants have submitted a Rule 1.A.1 certification on January 15, 2002 in connection with the motions;
WHEREAS, upon consideration of the foregoing, it is hereby ORDER ED, that Plaintiff's Motion for Remand and Abstention, and Defendants' Cross Motion for Change of Venue are reinstated; it is further ORDER ED, that to the extent responsive and reply papers have not yet been served and filed in respect of the aforementioned motions, such papers shall be filed and served in accordance with the timetable set forth in S.D.N.Y. Local Civil Rule 6.1, calculated from the date of this Order, (i.e. 10 business days from the date of this Order for opposition papers if no such submission has yet been filed, and 5 business days from the date of this Order if opposition papers have already been filed).
